AÂ holiday program forÂ
Change Makers
Join a community where pre-teens and teens thrive through the dynamic blend of wrestling and fun.
LEARN
Learn a new sport. Wrestling is a sport where two individuals engage or grapple with the aim of throwing or holding their opponent's shoulders to the ground, or else outscore them during the match.Â
PLAY
Participate in some wrestling games while making new friends. Wrestling has a unique way of bringing people together through games and team building activities while building your resilience.
BELONG
Belong to a new community of positive change makers helping the younger generations through a journey of self-discovery and building lasting memories with new friends in your neighbourhood.
Why Wrestling?
During this critical time, in their life many young people struggle with issues around safety, security, acceptance, beliefs and values. While team many sports are great, most of them do not equip participants with the basic life skills like wrestling.
With Wrestling you will learn how to develop the courage to facing challenges, the resilience to stand up for yourself and the ability to read body language and improve your communication skills in groups.
Safe Together is all about equipping and empowering YOU to champion YOURSELF and YOUR community.
